About BidJolt

BidJolt is a small, self-running tool for pricing jobs and comparing quotes. It is built and run by WeldonPC, a computer services company in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

What it does

• Adds up a bid from your own numbers, to the cent, and shows the margin, the walk-away price and the deposit.
• Prints a clean bid your client can sign.
• Lines up two or three quotes you received, so the differences are easy to see.
• Keeps saved bids in a private Bid Desk, opened by a link only you hold.

What it does not do

• It is not a marketplace. It never sends a bid, finds work, finds a contractor, takes a deposit or holds money.
• It does not know local prices, wages, tax rules or deposit laws. Every number comes from you.
• It is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
• It uses no AI: every figure is plain arithmetic in the site's own code.

Money

The calculator and the quote comparer are free. Bid Desk Pro is $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year (pricing). While checkout is not yet open, Pro is free for every desk.
